                              RESOLUTION NO. 21335
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 AN AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE,
                 RELATIVE TO THE CITY'S PURCHASE OF 175.64 ACRES
                 OF THE BIRCHWOOD LANDFILL.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with Hamilton County, Tennessee, relative 

       to the City's purchase of 175.64 acres of the Birchwood Landfill
       for a consideration of $621,300.00, to be paid through reduced
       tipping fees.
